They offered lunch at a local restaurant in Urubamba which was simply delicious and authentic. Luis is a fantastic person and was very accommodating too. The accommodating in Aguas Calientes town was very nice and closer to the main square that houses plenty of restaurants, markets and bars. All in all, i can surely give a 100 for the whole experience with Erickson.
